How best to serve Numanthia's wines

Like all fine wines, the Bodega Numanthia range repays careful service. The winemakers recommend a tasting temperature near that found at the winery in Toro, 16-18°C or 60-65°F. Numanthia benefits when allowed to breathe and should be decanted two hours before serving, enabling its depth and intensity to unfold. Termanthia’s precise fruit flavors and complexity are at their best when decanted three to four hours ahead of tasting
